XELEED selects seven high school seniors, and awards to each of them: a $1000 College Scholarship and  professional business suit.  Students are selected from various high schools in the Greater Houston Area, and go on to attend Colleges across the nation.​

Testaments of character, financial need, and participation in extracurricular activities along with the completion of an essay question within an application are all considered as part of the applicant’s academic performance.
