Xi Eta Lambda Chapter
Xi Eta Lambda Chapter has been a staple in the North Houston community since our inception in 1983. We are building on a strong legacy of homegrown leaders by continuing to prioritize brotherhood, service, leadership, and achievement as we have done the past 40 years.
The Xi Eta Lambda Education and Economic Development Foundation (XELEED) is a 501(c)(3) charged with supporting educational endeavors of the youth in the Greater Houston Area and provide scholarships to deserving young men to attend college. We have also implemented character building and leadership development programs for youth using research-based and measurable interventions. Lastly, we also encourage and create economic development in support of underserved communities in the Greater Houston Area through business development, investments, and creating capital. Our foundation has raised and awarded thousands of dollars to young men in the Houston community. Each year the foundation and the chapter host a scholarship awarding ceremony as the marquee celebration and opportunity to invest in these young men.
